Newest News

So for those of you who haven't figured it out, Jason and I have had no luck getting pregnant . For just under 5 years we had no success until ........... on July 26 I took a random test because I hadn't taken one in a long time and I was feeling a little wierd. I really did not expect it to say anything but negative. But wait....what in the world is that extra pink line? Seriously - I'm PREGNANT. It took me a long time to really believe it. I actually took several tests over the next few days. It just doesn't seem real after waiting so many years. We have really been blessed and are so amazed and grateful for this miracle in our lives. It really is a miracle. We are so excited! Today I am 15 weeks and 2 days along. I know I could have announced this awhile ago but it almost feels like I'm telling a lie. (I'm not...I swear). :) I am due on March 27, 2011.
I really don't have any idea what I think it is for sure. I have some ideas on it but I'm not going to post it because I am going to put a poll on here and if I say what my guess is, then that puts a bias on everyone else's guess. :) So vote away. If you want to leave a comment and tell me what you think that would be cool too because then I know who thinks what. I'm just so excited and can't wait to find out the sex of our baby. We should find out in about 3 weeks. It's also awesome because my brother Aaron returns home from his mission in Fresno, CA at the beginning of February so he'll be home when the baby is born.

So there is our shockingly awesome news! YAY!

I vote girl because, as I said before, I want it to be a boy and I almost always get the opposite of what I want. Plus, didn't they tell us in conference that you can vote on these things...I was holding girl baby at the time so I may not have been listening too carefully....

congratulations!! that is so exciting! i'm thinking boy, so i'm going to say girl instead because my first instinct is usually wrong. i was wrong with both of my babies, and i'm the mom, so you'd think i would know. lol...guess not.
