I think I heard an audible gasp from Noah from that first picture. Please don't eat my nephew. And yes, he did look like E.T. there, but cuter and less frightening. And for some reason when I saw that picture small, I thought the nurse had her hands rested in her pants' waist. I was like, "Ohmygosh! Disgusting." Apparently I'm running on too little sleep/not enough brains.
